At Whole Approach Mental Health, we don't just treat symptoms—we explore potential root causes to ensure a holistic approach to your mental health. If you haven't had blood work within the past 3 to 6 months, we may order laboratory testing to assess relevant factors that could impact your mental health. We focus on identifying issues pertinent to psychiatry and will provide treatment or refer you to specialists if needed. Our comprehensive approach combines conventional medication management with an in-depth exploration of underlying factors, helping you achieve optimal mental wellness.
When booking, please choose the option that best suits your needs. Below is a brief summary of each intake option. Virtual and office appointments are available.
Extended Adult Intake: 90-minute session for those with complex needs, including ADHD evaluations, multiple medications, and chronic conditions. This session allows for a deeper exploration of underlying factors that may be affecting your mental health.
THERAPY OPTIONS
Booking Note: Once you request an intake appointment, our scheduling coordinator will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. We are not accepting patients with active substance abuse issues. For more information and to book your session, please visit our booking page.
If you are currently in therapy and seeking medication management, please also complete an authorization of release form with your therapist's information.

EXISTING PATIENTS
Medication Management Review:
30-minute session to monitor progress, adjust treatment, and provide ongoing support. A 45-minute option is available if labs or diagnostics need review.
INSURANCES:
We are currently in the process of becoming in-network with Medicare.
