Whole Approach Mental Health provides mental health services for individuals of all ages, from children to older adults.

At Whole Approach Mental Health, we take a holistic approach to treatment, considering all aspects of a person's life when developing a treatment plan. We believe in the importance of collaboration and work closely with our patients to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners provide medication management and occasionally offer brief supportive psychotherapy during sessions. This involves focusing on medication adjustments and providing targeted emotional support to address immediate concerns.

On the other hand, our licensed therapists provide more in-depth therapy sessions. They focus on exploring and addressing emotional and psychological issues through various therapeutic techniques over a longer period. This allows for deeper exploration and support in areas such as grief, anxiety, relationships, and more.

This collaborative approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs.

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.

We do not treat patients with active substance abuse issues.

I am in network with most major commercial insurance companies. If I am not in network or  you have not met your deductible then an out of pocket fee applies. 

My fees are as follows: 

Initial Intake $250

Medication Management Follow-Up $150

Medical Marijuana Certification:

Initial $150

Recertification $75

I will also offer services on a sliding scale, however, you will need to show proof of income.
